Support Kevon Johnson's Journey: Keep His Helmet

Hello, my name is Kevon Johnson, and I’m an 18-year-old senior at Robbinsdale Armstrong High School in Plymouth, Minnesota. Throughout my time at Armstrong, I’ve had the privilege of participating in multiple sports, including track and football, where I’ve not only honed my athletic skills but also embraced the values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.

In addition to sports, I’m deeply involved in other activities at school, like the Afro Empire Club, where I join fellow students in celebrating and expressing African culture through dance. Being part of this vibrant community has allowed me to connect with my heritage and share that passion with others.

Throughout my athletic career, I’ve been fortunate to earn several accolades that reflect my dedication and hard work on the field. I was named the Star Tribune Player of the Year, received Running Back of the Year honors, and was recognized as an All-District Player of the Year. I was also a Mr. Football finalist and earned Offensive Player of the Year honors for my performance on the field. These achievements are a testament to my commitment, but they also represent the support of my family, coaches, and teammates who have helped me along the way.

As I move forward in my journey, my family and I are hoping to keep one of the helmets I wore during my time at Armstrong as a lasting symbol of my legacy at the school. The helmet will be a cherished memory of the hard work, growth, and accomplishments during my years at Robbinsdale Armstrong, and we want to ensure it stays in our possession.
