From Prison to Passing the Bar – Help Kevin Become a Lawyer

Hi, my name is Kevin, and I’m reaching out with humility and hope as I take the final step in a journey that has been anything but ordinary.

Years ago, I made mistakes that led me down a path of incarceration and a felony conviction. But that’s not where my story ends. With hard work, faith, and the support of people who believed in second chances, I turned my life around.

Since regaining my freedom, I’ve worked tirelessly to build a new life rooted in purpose and service. I earned my bachelor’s degree, was accepted into law school, and despite the challenges that came with my past, I graduated with my Juris Doctor. Every step of the way, I kept one goal in mind: to use my experience to help others caught in the same system that once held me back.

Now, I’m preparing for the most important exam of my life, the Bar Exam, which will allow me to become a licensed attorney and advocate for those who, like me, have been overlooked, underestimated, or written off.

Bar prep is demanding, mentally, emotionally, and financially. I’m currently not working so I can dedicate myself fully to studying. This GoFundMe will help cover the cost of:
