Support Kevin Gerlacher in His Fight Against Stage 4 Metastatic Melanoma
Dear friends, family, and kind supporters,
On December 28th, our family received devastating news. Our beloved brother-in-law, Kevin Gerlacher, was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic melanoma, an aggressive form of skin cancer. Since then, we have learned that the cancer has spread to his brain, resulting in multiple tumors that require radiation treatments and immunotherapy.
Kevin is facing an intense and frightening journey — one that no one should ever have to walk alone. He is meeting this diagnosis with courage, strength, and determination, but the physical, emotional, and financial toll is overwhelming.
The treatments Kevin needs are extensive and ongoing. Radiation therapy for brain tumors, immunotherapy, frequent medical appointments, medications, and recovery time have made it impossible for him to work as he focuses on fighting for his life. The associated costs — even with insurance — continue to grow rapidly.
How Your Support Will Help
Funds raised through this GoFundMe will help:
Prescription medications and medical expenses not covered by insurance
Travel costs to and from medical appointments treatments 1.5 hours from home.
Everyday living expenses while Kevin focuses on treatment and healing
Every donation, no matter the amount, helps ease the burden on Kevin and his family so they can focus on what matters most — his health and time together. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this page or keeping Kevin in your thoughts and prayers is deeply appreciated.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support during this incredibly difficult time. Your compassion means more than words can express.
With gratitude,
