Support Kevin's Cancer Fight
My brother, Kevin, had his annual physical completed in late December 2019. He was referred to a specialist for a follow up due to having a high PSA count, which is directly related to the prostate gland.
The specialist had ordered a biopsy which was done on February 3rd, and Kevin was given a diagnosis of prostate cancer by mid February. The cancer was caught early (stage 1) and the prognosis for recovery is high IF treated NOW. He will have to endure radiation treatments at the rate of five days a week, for nine weeks.
To make matters worse, at the end of February the company he was employed by for the last 4+ years closed their doors for good. With the loss of his job, Kevin needs to pay for Cobra to keep his medical insurance active (which is very expensive),
Kevin initially had another job lined up immediately, but the Covid-19 outbreak shut that opportunity down.
I am starting this GO FUND ME to help him during this most difficult time with the treatment/doctor bills, COBRA, and general monthly bills he will need to continue to pay for.
