Support Kevin Tucker during his open heart surgery recovery

Donation protected
A bicuspid aortic valve is a congenital heart defect that occurs when the aortic valve has two flaps, instead of the normal three. It can lead to aortic stenosis (the aortic valve narrows & blood cannot flow normally), & aortic regurgitation (a valve disease in which the aortic valve does not close tightly. This allows blood to flow from the aorta (the largest blood vessel) into the left ventricle (a chamber of the heart). Kevin (Producer Kevin) Tucker was born with a bicuspid aortic valve which has now lead to aortic stenosis & aortic regurgitation. He's known from an early age that, at some point, he would require surgery to replace the defective valve... that point has come. In the coming weeks Kevin will be undergoing open heart surgery and will be facing an extensive & grueling recovery period where he won't be able to do much of anything for himself, let alone his family. He'll be restricted to mostly bedrest for several weeks, unable to drive, and unable to work to provide for his family. I'm asking our community to come together to help a great friend in a time of great need. Your contribution will help support Kevin and his family with medical bills, and everyday expenses, while he is unable to work. It will help give their family peace of mind during a time where their focus should be on Kevin and getting him healthy. If you are able to give anything at all, it would be greatly appreciated. Every bit will help!
