Support Kevin Osborn's Fight Against Cancer

Hello! My name is Kathie Osborn and my sisters - Kim Belnome and Karen Reed - are starting this GoFundMe on behalf of our brother, Kevin Osborn.

Beginning in May of 2020, Kevin was hospitalized due to an infection from a diabetic foot sore. As a result, he has been hospitalized numerous times over the last four years at Chester County Hospital with infections of his toes/foot which led to multiple surgeries to control the infection. These surgeries involved removing several toes and, most recently, Metatarsal surgery (amputation of half his foot).

As a result of all Kev’s foot problems (infections), the doctors did more extensive blood work and, this past spring, Kevin was diagnosed with Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (Leukemia), which would explain all his foot infections.

This July, he had two surgeries done at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia. One to remove the cancerous lymph nodes in his neck and the other to remove a cancerous tumor at the base of his tongue. At that point, the plan of attack was radiation every day for six weeks and chemo once a week. But, last week, Kevin found out the cancer has spread and he needs a more aggressive form of radiation and chemo which would involve hospitalization.

If you know Kev, you know he is a hard worker and he loves to work. Through this whole awful journey he has tried and tried to go back to work. But, he has finally realized he needs to take a break to fight this cancer. Due to specialist office visits, scans, surgeries and prescription medications, etc. the medical bills are huge.

Kevin has a long road ahead of him. To alleviate some of the financial burden, we are asking for support so Kevin can fight this battle without having to worry about paying medical bills.
