My name is Kevin Hisle. I am currently on medical leave from work as a court reporter for ulnar nerve surgery that had to be postponed twice since July 24. I have been off work since June 20. The first surgery was canceled due to the surgery site not having the equipment to do the procedure. The second surgery was to be on August 14th, but I formed a blood clot in my calf the week before, so the surgery had to be postponed until that is cleared up. I was told by my doctor to be off work till the end of the year. I have no income and because of being off work so much, I have used all of my time.
