Kevin Grell, our dedicated concierge of more than five years, has always been here for the Residents of 1065 Midtown. His beaming smile and friendliness brighten every interaction. He’s a dependable constant in our home and essential member of our A-plus building team.

Now, sadly, it’s time for us to step up and show our support for Kevin. As you may know, Kevin has been diagnosed with cancer and is extremely ill. He has not been able to work since November. He is currently on FMLA, which will run out in a few weeks.

We live in a special community that cares about our own. Many have asked how they can help. Kevin is hospitalized and his expenses are mounting. By joining together, our generous donations will help cushion the crush of financial obligations Kevin and his family are already experiencing.
