On Thursday July 2nd Kevin Engelmann was using an extension ladder to paint a house. At some point he fell off and suffered a severe head trauma. We are not exactly sure what happened to cause the fall. What we are sure of is that he has a long road of recovery ahead. After his fall he was brought to the hospital in Olympia Fields and then airlifted to John H. Stroger Hospital in Chicago where doctors performed an emergency craniectomy to relieve the pressure in his brain.
