Hello Everyone, this is Herbert Hall and I'm the Uncle of Kevin Christopher Jenkins. I'm setting this page up for my nephew for only one reason, I Love Him Very Much!!
His Auntie (Mertice) & I have been married for over 22 years and we have seen our nephew go through so much since we came together. Some good and not so good; however, our love for him has only grown over those years.
We believe, right now, he is at a crossroad in his life to turn everything around for himself and his family's good. A little over two weeks ago, he was fired from his job at Enmarket for valid reasons. However, within a two-week period (through his Auntie Yolanda), he has been hired by St. Joseph Hospital in the Laundry Department. On the 13th of October, he will begin his orientation, which is great, yet he has rent that is due every Thursday in the amount of $200 (utilities included). This is his present need. About two weeks from now, he will be receiving his first paycheck from the hospital for one week of work and another three weeks before he receives a full paycheck (two weeks of work).
My plan for him is to begin to save a portion of all his paychecks for the next six weeks to enable him to pay his rent on a monthly schedule ($800). In the meantime, he will need help meeting his weekly rental payment. The first two weeks are the most critical since he will not be receiving a paycheck until the 23rd of October and the rent due is $400 for that period of time. This is where you and I can make a difference.
My goal for this page is to raise $1,200 to cover his rent for the next six weeks, which would make his transition period much more manageable. I am thankful for you, our friends & family, that read this page and assist in any way that they are able. Those that choose to give small or large donations are greatly appreciated. However, those that choose to spread the word or share this page are appreciated just the same as giving a donation.
Thank you for taking the time to read this page and I pray, in the name of Jesus, that the Lord increases more and more; you and your family in every spiritual and physical blessing.
