"From Diagnosis to Recovery — I Can’t Do This Alone

Hi, my name is Keva, and I never imagined I’d be sharing this part of my journey. On February 18, 2025, I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Triple Negative Breast Cancer — a diagnosis that changed everything.

Since that day, my life has been filled with countless doctor visits, treatments, and surgeries, all while being a mom to my three amazing children. I faced each step with faith and determination — completing 16 rounds of chemotherapy and a bilateral mastectomy surgery that was completed on October 9th, after surgery I was told the words I had prayed so hard to hear: “You’re cancer-free.”

For a brief moment, I felt like I could finally breathe again. But just two weeks later, my doctors discovered that the cancer had metastasized to my chest wall, throat, and spine. I was devastated. I never imagined I’d have to fight this battle again — but here I am, standing in faith and ready to keep going.

Now I’m beginning a new treatment plan that includes radiation and additional medications to help shrink the tumors and ease my symptoms. This journey has taken a toll — physically, emotionally, and financially.

My goal is $10,000, which will help cover:

Medical bills and upcoming treatments

Medication costs and hospital expenses not covered by insurance

Recovery and transportation needs

Nutritional support and essentials for me and my children

I’ve always been strong and independent, but right now, I truly need my community. Every prayer, share, and donation — big or small — makes a real difference and helps me focus on healing instead of the mounting financial stress.

Even though this fight has changed, my faith remains unshaken. I believe that God still has a plan for my life, and that this story isn’t over yet.
