Hi! My name is Kerrigan Boyd. I am 10 years old and currently in the fifth grade. I was recently nominated to attend the Junior National Young Leaders Conference by one of my teachers. This is such a huge honor for me!

The Junior National Young Leaders Conference (JrNYLC) is a summer leadership program for middle school students like me! This week will focus on building confidence, leadership, and critical thinking through simulations, historical exploration in Washington, D.C., and team challenges. Talk about making learning fun!

I will be attending this conference in summer of 2026. I am super excited that I will be visiting Washington, D.C., and staying on an actual college campus!

The total cost of this amazing, life-changing, week-long conference will be $3,500. I am applying for a scholarship to help cover some of the cost and I’m hoping you will consider helping me as well!
