Support Kerrie Stein during her Recovery
Donation protected
On June 9th, our dear friend Kerrie had a stroke that required hospitalization and treatment for 10 days. Since her discharge, Kerrie has continued her recovery and rehabilitation. Kerrie will not be able to work during her recovery, and it's anticipated she will not be able to return to work until at least the end of July if all goes well. The stroke was on the left hemisphere of the brain impacting short term memory, and she is making progress every day. The right side of her body is weaker than than normal and she is working on regaining strength.
Kerrie is a single mom of three boys. While she and her family focus on her recovery, Kerrie appreciates our well wishes and prayers. Many of us have asked how we can help and support her, and after some apprehension, Kerrie has let us know that she welcomes financial help from us so she can cover her medical costs (such as co-pays) and living expenses. This will help ease her worries and support her healing. Kerrie has been very grateful for the outpouring of love and support, and she is thankful for any form of help we can provide.
