Hello friends of Kerri and Clint,

I’m creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my dear friend Kerri, who recently suffered the unimaginable loss of her son, Clint. As a single mother, she carried both the emotional and financial weight of making all the funeral and memorial arrangements on her own.

Although her son had a partner, the responsibility for nearly every detail fell on Kerri — including transportation and cremation arrangements, travel, memorial services, and ensuring that Clint’s ashes were shared with family and friends who wished to keep a part of him close. She handled it all out of love, wanting everyone who cared for Clint to have a way to honor him.

Kerri is deeply grateful for the emotional support she has received from so many during this painful time. Unfortunately, the financial help she was promised never came. Clint’s partner, who received and benefited from his death-related financial benefits, had promised to assist with expenses but ultimately did not follow through. Others also received support connected to his passing but didn’t contribute to Clint’s final resting needs. As a result, Kerri has carried nearly the entire financial burden herself — doing everything she could to give her son a proper farewell.

The expenses have been overwhelming, and she continues to manage daily costs while coping with profound grief.

I am asking for help on her behalf to ease some of this financial strain so she can focus on healing instead of debt and stress. Every contribution will go directly to Kerri to help cover these expenses.
