Support Keri's Fight Against Renal Cancer

Hello everyone,

My name is Beth and I am starting this GoFundMe for my friend Keri. Keri is only 33 years old and was recently diagnosed with stage 3 RCC (Renal Cell Carcinoma). She also has lesions on her spine and a spot on her lymph node. Surgery is not an option right now, and chemo is not done for this type of cancer. While on certain meds to try and shrink those tumors, I have also found out there are other medications that are not covered by Keri’s insurance and cost thousands and thousands of dollars; therefore, she has not been able to get them. Everyone deserves the chance to fight this awful disease, and the fact that these medications are beyond reach angers me and breaks my heart. Keri is the sweetest, kindest person who has already had to deal with and overcome so many obstacles in life. She is also unable to work and is only on a fixed income. No matter what this strong woman has gone through, she is still the most upbeat, sweetest, kind-hearted person you will ever meet. Keri is a mom to Lilah, age 4, and Mariah, 19. These girls need their momma, and she deserves to be able to fight this nasty disease without having to worry about the cost of meds and taking care of her family.
