Support Kenzi's Recovery and Family Needs

Hi there, my name is Donna Fink! On Tuesday, June 18th, 2024, my granddaughter Kenzi suffered a seizure in the shower, fell down, and somehow changed the temp to the shower resulting in her having 3rd degree burns all over her back and on her bottom. Kenzi has a rare neurological disorder called Tuberous Sclerosis Complex or TSC for short. Seizures are a symptom of her disease and they have been uncontrolled for 12 years even with medication.

She has been admitted into University of Iowa hospital since Tuesday the 18th and today, June 24th, she had skin grafting surgery. Hopefully, this will be the only surgery she will need for this injury, but only time will tell! Any money raised will go to food for Holly while up at the hospital, gas for her husband who's been driving back and forth from Des Moines to Iowa City so Holly and Kenzi don't have to be alone and to bring Holly clean clothes, also for any medical supplies or medical needs Kenzi may have once she gets home!

Kenzi is going to have a very long road ahead of her! I'm just trying to help relieve some stress and worry for Holly, so she can focus on getting Kenzi better! Anything helps and is appreciated! If you can't donate, please send prayers and positive vibes their way! Thank you!
