I was in hospital for long time on vent and then trek with vent then home to hospital bed and hospital piled my arm out of socket and no more right arm or hand and no one cares we have been with no money for long time and I did for lots of people and employees gave stuff away and bought tools for guys and feed everyone then I need help and I get very little and we are in need so if anyone can help please do
