My name is Ken and I have a dream. To share my authentic Japanese Ramen with the world. I would like to bring Yatai (Japanese Street cart) experience to elevate the food culture in this region. To eat ramen, to share our dreams, and to build community through our love of great food.

For every $25 you'll get a free ticket for your basic Ramen bowl (expires 3 months after opening)!

Japanese Miyadaiku, or Shrine Carpenter, came all the way from Japan to Vermont to enjoy his summer here in Brattleboro area. He and his apprentice is willing to help me build this Dream Ramen Cart come true.
