Support Ken's Battle with Brain and Lung Cancer

Hello. Ken here. I recently found out that I have a brain tumor and a bit of lung cancer too. I'm hoping to raise some money for medical bills that are pouring in that insurance isn't covering.

Hello to everyone! Much thanks for all the support. I really appreciate it greatly.

So several months ago, I noticed that something was not right with me. My balance was off. My coordination was getting worse. I had double vision occasionally. No appetite, fatigue etc. I went to the doctor for a full workup and blood work. The blood work seemed good, but I knew something else was going on so I pressed for a CT scan on my brain. The scan was scheduled for the 17th, and it just so happened that I had a pretty scary seizure that morning. Shaking uncontrollably for several minutes. Once that stopped, I drove to the hospital and was admitted for 2 days of tests. The CT and MRI both showed a 2 cm tumor in my brain and 2 other tiny ones. My team of doctors is terrific and have been very aggressive with my treatment. I've had 3 cyber knife treatments for the brain tumors, so hopefully that's done with. I had a lung biopsy that they are working on the pathology for chemo and radiation. Looks like a 6 week treatment for that. So we'll see. I'm unable to work currently so I've applied for Short term disability to try to get some sort of income to pay the rent.
