After being out of work for several months due to a serious mental health crisis, our coworker and friend Kenny has recently returned to work. It took a lot of strength for him to focus on recovery and make his way back, and everyone who works with him is genuinely happy and relieved to see him back. We’ve all seen how much courage it takes to prioritize mental health, and we’re proud of Kenny for taking those steps.

While Kenny is working again, being out for that long created a difficult financial situation. Like most of us, the bills didn’t stop during that time. The funds raised will help Kenny with essentials like rent and likely medical bills as he continues getting back on his feet. A few of us wanted to come together to help take some of that pressure off so he can focus on moving forward without added stress.
