Support Kenny LaPrade's Road to Recovery
Donation protected
My name is Kenny LaPrade and here is my story. On April 28th later in the evening I experienced my worst nightmare, I wrecked my motorcycle. I was on life support and in a medical induced coma. I had broken my spine in half at t3-t4, fractured a place in my neck, broken a majority of my ribs, fractured the top of my femur that goes into my hip, damaged my right kidney, and had a collapsed lung. I underwent back surgery which resulted in a spinal fusion from my t2-t6 as my family prayed that I did not come out paralyzed. God was watching over me that day and had his hands on me and he was not done with me. I have a testimony to share. With the 13 days in the ICU, part of that being in the MSTICU, I am on my long journey to healing and recovering. I was flooded by support from my wonderful momma (who I introduced her to everyone as), my little brother, sister, and numerous other people. I am starting this fundraiser to help with my medical equipment, wheelchair ramp, and my household bills since I will be out of work for a while. I have a long journey ahead of me as I learn to walk again, regain mobility in my arms, and the struggle of not being able to work to support myself or my home. I ask if you can donate anything, it will help, or say a prayer for me.
