Kennedy Aikens is a sweet and happy 2 year old living with loving father and mother. Kennedy was brutally attacked by a dog last week. She was in the hospital receiving treatment and surgery for a week. While her wounds will heal from the attack, it is likely that she will need further surgeries to address damage and scarring. The extent and full cost of required surgeries are not yet known, it is estimated that many of the scar reduction methods that will be applied will incur up to $10,000 in cost outside of what her insurance will pay.
