Hi everyone,

On October 25th, what we thought was a simple trip to the ER for an ear infection turned into the beginning of a journey we never imagined. After being transferred to Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, we received the news no parent is ever prepared to hear: our healthy, energetic 4‑year‑old son, KeNeil, was diagnosed with cancer.

This journey has been incredibly difficult—emotionally, physically, and financially. Through it all, KeNeil has shown unbelievable strength. He completed a 5‑week course of radiation in January and handled it with a bravery far beyond his years.

Unfortunately, after follow‑up imaging, we received another devastating diagnosis: leptomeningeal metastasis (LMD). This means the cancer has spread to the lining of his brain and spinal cord. LMD is not curable, and the prognosis is very limited. Hearing this shattered our world, but we are holding onto every moment, every smile, and every bit of hope we can.

We are asking for help because the financial strain of treatment, travel, time away from work, and ongoing care has become overwhelming. Any support—whether through donations, prayers, or sharing our story—means more to us than words can express.
