Support Kendra Ball's Family After Tragic Loss

Hi, my name is Brian Barnes. My brother tragically passed away on 3-18-25. This was highly unexpected. My brother did not have a will, but he did have a lot of debt. He was only 45, about to have a birthday, and was soon to be married in a few months. This has devastated many. He finally got his own little family, which he always wanted, and it was all taken away too soon.

Now, his fiance, her two kids, and three grandkids are left with a lot of bills and debt. So, they are going to need some help in the next few months until everything gets settled. We really want them to be able to keep the house, but with no will, no beneficiary, and no one already on the mortgage with him, we're unsure if it's possible. Therefore, they would need some help with a down payment to go somewhere else.

Anything is greatly appreciated. All funds will go to Kendra Ball, his fiance, so they can at least have a fighting chance.
