Please Support Kendra Ashmore's Sons

The unexpected passing of our colleague and friend, Kendra Ashmore, has come as a shock to all of us, and our thoughts are with Kendra’s family, friends, and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.

Kendra dedicated nearly 25 years to The Hartford and was the backbone of the student program. She brought countless talented individuals into the organization and the actuarial profession. Her dedication, kindness and genuine care for others left a mark with all who knew her. She tirelessly worked behind the scenes, always prioritizing the best interests of the students and interns. Kendra will be deeply missed by all, both at The Hartford and across the actuarial industry.

In response to the sad news of Kendra’s unexpected passing, many folks have expressed a desire to help in some way. This is an incredibly difficult time for her family, particularly her two college-aged sons. As such, we have set up this GoFundMe page for Kendra’s boys to help lift some of the financial burden as they make arrangements and work through future plans.
