Kendra Alex is a dedicated social worker who has spent years serving others, especially our nation's veterans. As her coworker, I have seen firsthand how much she cares for those in need and how deeply she values her role in the community. She has exhausted all of her sick and annual leave, and now faces the heartbreaking reality of losing her job.
