Ken Mercer, who has recently retired after graciously serving the community as a police officer for 30 years, has had his life altered dramatically with an ALS diagnosis. Ken has dedicated his life to serving and giving to others; it is now time we give back to Ken. The effects of ALS will require modifications to his home for his comfort and well-being. Our goal is to alleviate the costs of these modifications to lessen the financial burden for Ken and his family, while creating an environment that is comfortable for him.
