Support Kelyn's Effort to Save Injured Pup

Hello, my name is Kelyn. I rescued this pup from a park. I was getting in my car when I noticed a dog staring at me like it needed help. As I got closer, I noticed it was limping and there was no owner in sight. I couldn’t leave her. She was crying out for help. I was able to take her to the vet, thanks to a friend, to see what was wrong with her leg. Per the vet, the leg is dislocated and needs surgery. Most likely, she was hit by a car. Unfortunately, I am not able to afford the surgery. She is the sweetest girl and well-behaved. She’s about 2 years old. I don't want to give up on her like her previous owners did. All I want to do is get her help so she doesn’t suffer any more. My birthday is coming up; if I had one wish, it would be to help out this sweet girl.
