My name is Kiana Angel, I’m on here to try and fund some type of money for my dad kelvin angel and his dog “Rocky”. It’s a tragedy that a shooting occurred and struck my dad’s dog and his car twice while he was leaving a place of business. This dog means so much to my dad , it’s his bestfriend.
