Hi, my name is Franklin "Kel" McKelvie and I'm a disabled combat veteran asking for help with my medical expenses and bills. Reason being is that I've been struggling medically for a while now, more than usual, which culminated in being clinically deceased for a few minutes and rushed to the hospital on January 15th.
