Hi, I'm Kelly. I'm a Bat Biologist and former National Park Service Park Ranger. I am also an artist in many forms; dancer, fire performer, musician, painter, poet.

In early 2025, my health changed suddenly. I had to take medical leave due to disability, and I’m still on leave as I work through the slow process of diagnosis and treatment. Medical bills have added up, my income has paused, and I’ve fallen behind on rent and basic expenses. My mobility has become limited, and life has become much quieter than I ever expected. Simply put, my health has made 2025 the hardest year of my life and I really need Community right now.

I'm doing everything I can to move toward recovery. Following through with medical appointments, physical therapy, specialists, lifestyle changes, and daily practices that slowly rebuild strength. Progress is real, but it is slow, and every step comes with new expenses.

I’m reaching out for support to help cover my medical expenses and keep a roof over by head as I work toward recovery. I don’t need much, just enough of a safety net to help me climb back up and reignite the spark.
