Support Kelly's Fight Against Medical and Financial Hardship

Hi! My name is Kelly, and I desperately need your help to pay for this month's rent and repair my car after a lot of unexpected medical emergencies that have happened.

Since January 2025, my health has been on a steady decline with multiple seizures a day, heart problems, dizziness, fatigue, and more. I can no longer work 40+ hours a week like I used to without my body going into overdrive and collapsing, and waiting to get approved for disability is taking a LONG time… time I don’t have right now! I was working 3 jobs for quite some time (I am a workaholic…) but have had to drop down to only one because I can’t physically manage anymore. I hate it. :(

My car needs major repairs that will cost me upward of $1,500. The AC has died which is a serious issue considering this car is my main transport to and from work and appointments this summer. So far, driving without it in this horrible heat has led to me getting seriously ill after just fifteen minutes and has left me unable to function for hours after. It also makes my seizures worse.

To top it all off, the medical bills from a recent hospital stay, medical tests, doctor visits, etc., are continuing to pile up as I fight for an epilepsy diagnosis, so money is going out faster than it’s coming in now and I’m at a dangerously high risk of losing my apartment if I don’t pay rent, and soon!

I was always taught to be independent and told to never accept help. In my family, that is a sign of weakness and personal fault. I’ve done everything I can to scrape by, but I can’t do it anymore… I need to put my pride aside, be vulnerable, and ask for help… to live.

If I do not pay rent by July 13th, my apartment will file for eviction. I am terrified. I have no place to go and cannot move back home for safety reasons. I am currently selling stuff and seeking out emergency assistance, but I am hitting brick walls. If I can get help to pull myself out of this rut for the next few months so I can stabilize myself again after this medical fiasco, it would mean the absolute world to me. Truly. Every little bit will count. I know I can make it out of this stronger than ever before… I just need a hand to grab. If anyone could help me out, I will love you forever.
