Support Kelly's Battle Against Multiple Myeloma
Donation protected
Hi everyone, my cousin Kelly is facing an unimaginable situation that's unfolded over the past several months. After 12 years of service to her employer, she was laid off from her job and shortly after received yet another devastating blow, a diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma. Kelly raised two amazing kids as a single mom, put herself through college, and has the grit and perseverance to get through just about anything, but everyone needs a village during times such as these. With her severance and unemployment benefits now exhausted, we are asking for your help to keep Kelly and her family afloat as she enters the most intense phase of her treatment plan.
Kelly's treatment began shortly after her diagnosis in November, and she just completed the first part, six cycles of chemoimmunotherapy. The next and most critical phase includes a bone marrow transplant, scheduled for the end of April. While her type of cancer has no cure, the goal of the treatment plan is complete remission.
The funds Kelly needs will support her in critical areas such as: housing, high deductible insurance on the exchange, and access to quality medical treatments and support.
Every little bit helps during this extremely difficult time.
