Raising money for bilateral breast cancer treatment and surgery with reconstruction. After a routine mammogram was ordered, it was found Kelli had four masses in both breasts.

Two different cancers of ductal and lobular breast cancer and all four masses tentatively stage 2 until mastectomy in a few days and lymph node biopsy completed. Surgery is scheduled for July 21 with radiation and reconstruction surgery to follow. The hospital has requested $7000 out of pocket, $5000 insurance deductible, and out of pocket costs for supplies and medications/radiation treatment. Kelli and her husband are both nurses and working, living in Spanish Fork, Utah with their four kids. Usually, her mother helps her with kids, meals, anything out of the ordinary if needed, but her mother was also diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer (terminal), prompting Kelli to get a mammogram and genetic testing which has saved her life and hopefully caught the stage 2’s early enough. Left breast 2:00 position & cm from the nipple biopsy showed invasive ductal carcinoma, grade 1, ER +50% moderate, PR +90% strong, HER2 -1+, Ki-67 2%, Magee score 17. Left breast 3:00 position 2 cm from the nipple biopsy showed invasive ductal carcinoma, grade 1, ER +75% moderate, PR +90% strong, HER2 -1+, Ki-67 5%, Magee score 17.

- Clinical stage IIB (T3 NO) right upper outer quadrant invasive lobular carcinoma grade 2 ER +90% strong, PR +90% strong, HER2 -1+, Ki-67 12%, Magee score 17.

May 30, 2025: Screening bilateral mammography showed:

1. Irregular mass with intrinsic calcifications in the right breast at 10:00. Spiculated mass in the left breast with intrinsic calcifications in the left upper outer quadrant. Recommend bilateral diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound.

June 5, 2025: Diagnostic mammography and ultrasound showing at 10:00 N4 in the right breast an irregular hypoechoic shadowing 2.8 cm mass is visualized. No adenopathy visualized in the right axilla.

At 2:00 N8 in the left breast an irregular hypoechoic 0.9 cm mass is visualized. At 3:00 N2 in the left breast an irregular hypoechoic 7 cm mass is visualized. No adenopathy visualized in the left axilla.

June 5, 2025: Right breast 10:00 mass 4 cm from the nipple showed invasive lobular carcinoma grade 2 ER +90% strong, PR +90% strong, HER2 -1+, Ki-67 12%, Magee score 17. Left breast 2:00 8 cm from the nipple biopsy showed invasive ductal carcinoma, grade 1, ER +50% moderate, PR +90% strong, HER2 -1+, Ki-67 2%, Magee score 17.
