My name is Shannon, a friend of Kelley & Brant’s and I’m reaching out to show support to my dear friends Kelley and Brant as they face an incredibly challenging time. Brant has been battling cancer for almost 4 years, enduring long hospital stays and countless treatments. Through it all, Kelley has worked tirelessly to keep their family afloat, showing strength, dedication, and love every step of the way. Brant is now at a troubling point of his journey with not as many options as we’ve had this whole time, and is surrounded by family and friends who cherish every moment with him. Visitors, friend, coworkers, and most importantly family … which I’m certain they deem us all as just that, family.

Brant is truly one of the greatest people you could ever meet. He’s a devoted father to five children, a proud Pop Pop to 2 with another on the way, and a loving husband to Kelley for 32 years. Brant has touched countless lives as a coach, always cheering on those he loves, and as a nurse and leader in the medical field, helping hundreds throughout his career. His faith is a source of comfort for his family, and his community has been a pillar of support during this difficult time.

I’m starting this fundraiser to help Kelley and Brant with the mounting expenses they’re facing—medical bills, living costs, food, gas, and the costs of hosting loved ones who are coming to visit and support them. As we all know money can’t buy time, it can help ease the burdens that take precious moments away. If you’re able to give, your support will go directly to helping the Sloan family focus on what matters most: treasuring the days ahead together.
