My stepfather, Keith Rowland from Baton Rouge, went missing on March 1st, 2025. I know from his house in Baton Rouge, they arrested Ian Seghers on second-degree murder charges. Ocean Springs police located him yesterday. We are still looking for Keith's body and starting to plan funeral arrangements.
