My name is Keith Rackett. I’m a father, a disabled veteran, and until recently, I ran a thriving personal training and nutrition coaching business—helping busy parents, like myself, regain control over their health, fitness, and lives.
Everything I built was rooted in discipline, service, and a deep desire to show my daughter what resilience and integrity look like. I never had to push my services onto anyone. The quality of my work spoke for itself and consistently attracted the right clients. I wanted to show my daughter that you could succeed doing anything if you put in the effort to become excellent at it and truly wanted to help others.
But over the past year, that life has been systematically torn apart—not by misfortune or personal failure, but by a coordinated abuse of power.
For years, I was locked in a difficult custody battle with my ex. But after a long legal fight, the court granted me 60% custody of my daughter—because the evidence was clear: I showed up for her consistently, and I was the stable parent. Even after the ruling, my ex struggled to follow the schedule. She routinely missed her own parenting days or asked me to take over. Most weeks, I was raising my daughter five days out of seven.
That’s what being a father means to me—being there, even when it’s inconvenient or uncomfortable. But instead of meeting me halfway, she began escalating. When it became clear that the court recognized me as the primary parent, she lashed out.
That’s when everything changed.
What started as a family court dispute spiraled into something far more dangerous. She began weaponizing Florida’s mental health laws against me—filing false statements and abusing the Baker Act process to try and paint me as unstable. Despite no history of threats, violence, or instability, I was detained twice under the Baker Act—ripped from my home, treated like a criminal, and denied any hearing, charges, or due process.
But it didn’t stop with her. When I began investigating what happened—when I uncovered documentation errors, unlawful police conduct, and potential collusion between agencies—I became a threat.
I uncovered too much—and now, the systems we’re supposed to trust are turning against me.
Why I’m Asking for Help
I’m currently in the fight of my life—not just for my own freedom and rights, but for my daughter’s well-being and the rights of every family that could be targeted next.
Since speaking out:
• I’ve been surveilled, tased, and had my home raided—without a valid warrant in hand.
• My legally owned firearms were seized without due process—despite no Risk Protection Order ever being served or acknowledged in court.
• I’ve lost the income from my coaching business due to harassment, reputational attacks, and constant interference with my ability to work or parent freely.
I’ve filed federal whistleblower
complaints, documented evidence of perjury, judicial misconduct, and civil rights violations, and I’m preparing to take this to court.
But I can’t do this alone.
Your support will help me:
• Cover legal fees, court filings, and public records requests
• Afford basic living expenses while I wait on VA disability and work to rebuild a career
• Keep telling this story and protect other families from the same abuses

What You’re Supporting
This is bigger than just a custody dispute. This is about what happens when people in power close ranks to silence someone telling the truth.
By contributing, you’re helping me:
• Fight back against the abuse of Florida’s Baker Act system
• Expose misconduct by law enforcement, courts, and state actors
• Protect my daughter from ongoing emotional and legal harm
• Bring national attention to a system that’s failing countless veterans, parents, and whistleblowers
Whether you donate or simply share this campaign, you’re standing with someone who refuses to be intimidated into silence.
Thank you for being part of this fight.
