Support Keisha's Road to Recovery

Keisha has always been known to brighten the room with her smile, generosity and laughter. No one ever expected what happened on March 20th, 2022.
While at home in Georgia with her husband, Jordan, and her 18-month-old baby, Roman, Keisha went into cardiac arrest. Thankfully, Jordan was able to administer CPR while calling the paramedics. She coded three times after which she was stabilized and placed into a medically induced coma. Three days later on March 23rd, Keisha woke up and is currently still at the hospital. With her kidneys not able to function properly, her doctors are considering placing her on dialysis but have delayed this treatment in hopes that her body will start improving. There is still no known cause for her cardiac arrest as nothing has turned up in the scans, and she is in seemingly good health and so young.
She will begin physical therapy this week to assist her in regaining her strength and mobility, while she is unable to be left unattended due to her weak body and short-term memory loss. The doctors plan to install a defibrillator in case her heart stops again.
She just celebrated her birthday on April 3rd in the hospital. She enjoyed some treats and gifts, quickly forgetting what she was celebrating or why she is in the hospital.
The total debt from medical bills will be astronomical, the rehabilitation will take a long time, and we are still unsure what that recovery looks like. With Jordan unable to work while taking care of Keisha and Roman, we would love to release some financial stress for them as they desperately need it. We are so thankful that Keisha made it through this nightmare and are eager to support her recovery.
Keisha is one of the most giving people that I have been around. I have been lucky enough to volunteer with her to see this firsthand. I know she would help anyone that asked for it and would not want us to create this fundraiser. I am asking you to help the friend, sister, mother, daughter, and wife, that we all love, financially to provide her with the strength to recover quickly.
Thank you so much for sharing this, as Keisha's reach is as wide as her smile.
*Please note that 100% of these donations will go directly to assist Keisha and her family with their bills!
