Support Keisha's children
Donation protected
On January 31st, 2021, my friend and colleague, Keisha, suffered a stroke and was taken by ambulance to the hospital. She is currently in a coma on life support, and her prognosis is not good. She has swelling on one side of her brain, and bleeding on the other, with very little brain activity. They are unable to operate due to the swelling. At some point today, her family is making the difficult decision to take her off of life support.
Keisha is a wonderful, single mother of 2 beautiful children, Kayla and Liam. Kayla and Liam lost their father a few years ago in a tragic accident, and now their mother clings to her own life. There isn't a thing in this world that Keisha wouldn't do for her children, and I've seen the sacrifices she has made to ensure the world they live in is safe and happy. My heart aches for these young children having to deal with as much as they have already in their short years here on Earth.
Keisha's love for everyone shows through the amount of care, love, and support she and her children are receiving now. There was a large prayer group held outside the hospital last night. Anyone who knows Keisha knows that her heart is pure. She is just so easy to get along with and she always knows how to make you laugh. I went to see Keisha last night at the hospital and made a promise to her that no matter what happens, I would make sure her babies were taken care of.
Anything that anyone can do is much appreciated to help these children in their time of need.
