On Saturday our friend Keilan fell down a flight of stairs at his house. He hit his head and was unconscious for about 15 minutes. He was rushed to Reid ER where they did a CT scan and found he had 3 brain bleeds. He was then taken by care flight to Miami Valley. He remains in the ICU where only his wife Brandi can remain by his side.

The third brain bleed was caused by high blood pressure. They are not too concerned about the 2nd one in the middle. They will do another CT scan to get updated information on the size of the bleeds.

He also isn’t moving his right leg when they have came in to assess him and it’s been concluded he will now have to undergo spinal surgery to free his spinal cord from compressing bones caused by the fall.

They think the 2nd brain bleed had been dormant and ruptured causing the fall. When he hit his head it caused the most concerning bleed. Which is why he isn’t and can’t move or feel his leg. A femur fracture was found. His trauma care team came in and tried to wake him. He is super strong and very agitated from being intubated.

Please everyone continue to pray for him. Pray for his wife, daughter and family to have enough strength to fight for him while getting through this journey and months of therapy to follow .
