Dear Friends, Family, and Community,
As many of you already know, our small town is one where news travels fast—because we take care of our own. That’s why we’re reaching out today, asking for your support, your prayers, and if you’re able, your financial help.
Early Sunday morning, Keaton Griffith was involved in a devastating accident around 5:30 AM. Due to weather, he had to be rushed by ambulance to UAMS instead of being airlifted. Since arriving, he’s undergone emergency surgery for a diaphragmatic hernia that had forced all of his internal organs into his chest cavity, dangerously compressing his heart and lungs. Keaton also suffered a punctured lung, a lacerated liver, a ruptured spleen (which has since been removed), and numerous other critical injuries—including a broken pelvis, multiple broken ribs, a small brain bleed, and the potential for spinal cord damage.
He is currently in the ICU, intubated and medically paralyzed to prevent further injury while doctors assess the full extent of his condition. We are praying and hopeful he will begin breathing on his own soon and be taken off of the ventilator.
Keaton has a long and uncertain road ahead of him, and during this time, his loved ones—especially Riley and their daughter Dailee —need all the support they can get. The emotional burden is overwhelming, and the financial stress is already mounting.
We are asking for donations to help cover medical bills, travel expenses, missed work, and the extensive recovery that lies ahead. No amount is too small, and every prayer and every dollar will make a difference. Keaton is employed at North Crossett Utilities and is a Volunteer firefighter in Hamburg.
If you feel led to give, please donate through GoFundMe or cash app $RileyMC0503
We want to thank everyone who has already reached out, prayed, and stood with us in this heartbreaking time. Please continue to pray fervently for Keaton, his doctors, his family, and especially for Riley as they face the unknown one moment at a time.
With all our love and gratitude,
