Hi, my name is Lyndsi, and I’m reaching out on behalf of a brave and beautiful soul, KC. She’s a young woman whose life has been completely changed by a rare condition called FND, which is Functional Neurological Disorder. It comes with uncontrollable seizures, and right now, she needs help more than ever.

Not long ago, KC was active and full of life. But her condition has rapidly progressed—her seizures have become so severe and frequent that she can no longer walk. She is now wheelchair-bound, and even simple tasks have become overwhelming.

We recently took her to UVA Medical Center, hoping for answers, guidance, and relief. But we left with very little support—no clear path forward, and barely even a wheelchair to get her home safely. It was a heartbreaking experience in a moment we desperately needed hope.

KC has no family in the area. Although she has Medicaid for now, she has to have people take her to appointments. KC has no income and it’s impossible for her to get employment and is working on disability. Her strength in her legs gets weaker every day and with each seizure, but she pushes through.

KC needs your help—she is behind in rent, car payment/insurance and is soon to lose that. She isn’t giving up hope that she will walk again with many different therapies. She needs your support and especially prayers right now.
