Support Kaziah: A Disabled Trans Woman Seeking Safety

Donation protected
Hi friends,

We’re raising funds for our beloved friend Kaziah, a disabled Black trans woman who urgently needs to move into a safe and affirming living situation.

Kaziah currently lives with a family member who refuses to accept her identity as a trans woman. This hostile environment has taken a serious toll on her mental and emotional well-being. On top of that, Kaziah lives with sickle cell disease and is currently recovering from a shoulder replacement surgery—a major procedure made necessary by her chronic illness.

Despite all of this, she continues to show incredible resilience, but she can’t do this alone. Her family member is no longer willing to support her, financially or otherwise, and Kaziah is now at risk of becoming unhoused.

We are asking for your help to raise funds so Kaziah can:

  • Secure a safe, stable place to live
  • Cover moving costs and basic furniture
  • Access essential medical care and recovery support
  • Afford food, transit, and utilities while she gets back on her feet

Kaziah deserves a chance to live with dignity, safety, and autonomy. Your donation—no matter the amount—will directly support her ability to live independently in a space where she is affirmed and cared for.

Please donate if you’re able, and share widely on social media to help us reach more people.

Thank you for showing up for Kaziah. ️‍⚧️
