Hello,

My name is Kay and recently my life was turned upside down after I had a TIA (mini stroke). I have been unable to work and unable to move around a lot. I have racked up hospital bills and since I live alone with no support, I am unsure of where to go from here. I am in a rush to return to work since I am not earning income but this is stopping me from getting better. Please help me get back on my feet while I try to repair my health.
