Our family is reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for support.
My niece Kaylei Ainsworth lost her son Tyce Asher Ainsworth to SIDS at two and a half months old. People have been reaching out asking how they can help, so we are making this GoFundMe to ask help raise unexpected costs. In the midst of this unimaginable grief, she is also facing another painful reality: she cannot bare to return home where Tyce passed away. The trauma is simply too overwhelming and being there brings intense PTSD that makes it impossible to begin healing.
She is now trying to rebuild her life as a single mom from the ground up- not just for herself but also for her three-year-old daughter, who needs a safe and stable environment to grow up in.
Our goal is to help her:
- Secure new housing where she can feel safe and begin healing.
- Cover moving and basic living expenses during this transition.
- Take steps toward enrolling in college so she can build a better future for herself and her daughter.
- Help cover any funeral expenses.
She is determined to create a new path forward-one filled with healing and stability, education, and with opportunity- but she cannot do this alone. she needs the support from our friends and community.
