Support Kaylee's LA Missions Trip!

Hey friends & family!

Boy has it been a crazy couple of months. From graduating college, wedding planning, and job searching, to now moving out on my own and looking for ways to serve the Kingdom through my different strengths, I've been called by the Lord to join my church on a short-term missions trip to Los Angeles, California.

This is beyond outside my comfort zone, and that is exactly why I need to say "yes" to this opportunity provided by the Lord. Am I scared? Yep. Does it make sense for me in this time? Nope. Am I ready to trust God with this? Absolutely.

If you're a fellow Jesus-follower like me, then you know that this is how God works. He takes the most unexpected opportunities and waits for your answer. We can say "no" and forever wonder what plans He had for us that we missed out on. Or, we can say "yes" and find out. After wrestling with doubt, fears, financial worries, and even anxiety about going to a completely unfamiliar territory, God has ever so clearly tugged on my heart and said "You need to trust me. You need to get uncomfortable, lean on me, and GO." So here I am! Hands and heart open, I'm ready to receive whatever He has for me on my very first missions trip.

Our Shorepoint Global Team will be heading to Los Angeles in November to team up with the LA Dream Center and serve in outreach opportunities to surrounding homeless communities. I have faith that God will work in incredible ways through each and every team member and reach those on the streets like never before.
