On Sunday morning of March 29th, 2026, I received the tragic news from friends about the loss of their beautiful baby girl, Audrey Ann Sunde, to SIDS(sudden infant death syndrome) in the night.

Austin Sunde and Kaylee Grubb on January 16th posted ‘Audrey Ann Sunde made her way into the world today weighting 6 lbs 13.7 oz and 20.5 inches long. She couldn’t be more perfect .’ This weekend their lives changed forever… Austin, was already a loving dad to his son(big brother), always taking him to the park. And sweet Audrey came along, she always fit perfectly on his chest where she spent many hours. Kaylee has been a caregiver of others for over a decade and has worked in several capacities, from elderly care to family medicine. It was an absolute blessing getting to see her become a mother just a few short months ago. She is an incredible mother who is going through a very difficult time, and anything you're able to give is helpful. Funds raised will go towards the cost of living during missed work, future burial arrangements, and a memorial for their daughter.

This is the most gut-wrenching, painful thing I could ever imagine happening. Let's show mom and dad (Kaylee, Austin) so they KNOW we are here to support them through this tragic situation, even if it's just $5 at a time or a prayer and good vibes!
