Support Kayla's Recovery from Stroke

Hi friends, a fellow healing practitioner could use our help! My dear sister friend, Kayla Hastings had a stroke on 5/16/25 while giving a massage to a client. She then proceeded to have two seizures, back to back. She is only 35 years old and lives a healthy and holistic lifestyle. After being rushed to the hospital, doctors found a big mass in her brain.

A team of doctors are now trying to understand what is happening and whether this is fungal, bacterial, or parasitic. Kayla awoke from the stroke speaking like a child between the ages of 3-5 years old, but doctors say she is young, and that it is possible to make a full recovery with rest and intensive therapy.

As many of you know, Kayla is a giver and a light to anyone she crosses paths with. She served communities in Austin for over a decade before moving back to her hometown in Florida and continues to facilitate healing through massage, kundalini yoga, energy work, Kambo, and simply lending an ear to anyone who needs help.

Now, Kayla needs our prayers and help! She was just approved to leave the ICU but will be in the hospital for an unknown amount of time as she continues to undergo tests to find out the root cause, as well as heal through therapies and rest.
