Support Kayla's Recovery, Children and Mayo Trip

This isn't my first rodeo asking for help but I'm desperate. It's not for me or my medical bills this is for a house and electric for my children.

The end of January I fell extremely ill and was put on a ventilator because I could not breathe on my own and I was unconscious for 3 weeks before waking up in a hospital bed with a tube still down my throat and weighted mittens on so I couldn't take the tube out. I had no idea where I was and was still in and out of consciousness. A week later I had a trach put in and couldn't talk or move. The trach ended up coming out and I was able to come home but still couldn't really talk. What I didn't realize was I had no muscle and walking any distance was a hurdle and sadly still is. I am in PT and OT and have a way to get back to normal. I've been using a wheelchair that has not been easy seeing as I have a gravel drive way and a step to my porch then door and one to my room. But that's not why I'm struggling to pay rent or bills....

I have been trying to do this on my own and it's not working anymore. I don't have a vehicle because I had to sell it to pay some of the back payments on bills and Uber and Lyft have become expe

sive trying to get back and forth to appointments and dialysis. I would love to finally make it to The Mayo Clinics main campus to be better evaluated they are the only place that will be able to tell me everything thats wrong with me because I don't think it's just AHUS. The bad part about that is I would have to do it all outpatient and pay for a hotel, gas, food etc. If you could please help in anyway I would appreciate it.
