It’s with a heavy heart to say that my wonderful friend, Kayla, suffered tremendous loss last night in the form of a house fire.

Thanks to emergency responders, her mother, 2 dogs, and snake made it out safely. Unfortunately, Chops the cat did not make it.

The home is unfortunately uninhabitable and it is estimated it will take nearly a year to complete repairs.

As anyone can imagine, this is a major loss with most belongings unsalvageable. Replacing essential needs is unfortunately not always quick and can be quite costly in situations like this. Kayla has such a caring heart and would give anything she has to help others, so I am hoping to help her and her family find some relief during this difficult time.
